Miss Romero holds a multiple subject teaching credential from
CalState TEACH Fullerton. She earned a B.A. in Social Welfare and Minor in Education from the University of California Berkeley in 2005. In the Fall of 2004-2005 she participated in a UCDC Program which included research, internship and study in Washington D.C.
She has taught in the Pomona Unified School district from 2006-2009 both as a substitute and as a full time 1st grade teacher and an intervention teacher where she developed a curricular program that was geared towards responding to the needs of first and second grade students performing at a below basic level in reading and writing. Elizabeth Romero comes with very high recommendations from her previous school.
For Miss Romero, her two passions are – becoming an educator and serving the Lord. She is so excited about being a part of Santa Fe Springs Christian School.
