Mr. Brown was born and raised in Long Beach, CA.  He and Joan, his wife of 42 years, reside in La Palma along with Joan’s mom, three dogs, five cats, and two tortoises.  They have a son and daughter, four granddaughters, and one great-grandson.

He pastored churches in Carson and San Diego before moving into Christian school ministry.  He has taught 5th-8th grades and has been a Christian School Principal for 35 years.

Mr. Brown has served as Principal at SFSCS since July 1999 and is an associate pastor at Florence Avenue Foursquare Church.

In addition to his role as Principal, Mr. Brown has traveled to Russia with the CoMission to teach Russian school administrators on leadership styles, has served on and chaired school accreditation teams, and has spoken at Christian school conferences.

Mr. Brown is active in the Santa Fe Springs community and is charter member of the SFS Kiwanis Club.

He spends his weekends enjoying his wife and pets and teaching an adult Bible class at Florence Avenue Foursquare Church.
