Biography
Mr. Brown was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. He and Joan, his wife
of 36 years, reside in La Palma along with Joan's mom, two dogs, two cats,
and two tortoises. They have a son and daughter and four granddaughters.
He pastored churches in Carson and San Diego before moving into Christian school ministry. He has taught 5th-8th grades and has been a Christian School Principal for 27 years.
Mr. Brown has served as Princial at SFSCS since July, 1999 and is a pastoral staff member at Florence Ave. Foursquare Church.
In addition to his role as Principal, Mr. Brown has traveled to Russia with the CoMission to teach Russian school administrators on leadership styles, has served on and chaired school accreditation teams, and is a frequent speaker at Christian school conferences.
Mr. Brown is active in the Santa Fe Springs community and is a charter member and current president of the SFS Kiwanis Club.
He spends his weekends enjoying his wife and grandchildren and teaching an adult Bible class at Florence Avenue Foursquare Church.
