Financial Information

The school prefers full payment of tuition prior to August 1. However, a ten-month payment schedule is available from
August 1 to May 1. Registration and tuition for the first month must be paid prior to admittance to the classroom. On
the deferred payment plan, payments are due and payable on the first of each month, beginning August 1st.
Tuition and daycare services are charged on an annual basis and are not related to the number of days in a given month;
therefore, no deduction can be made for vacations or school holidays. If a student leaves school for any reason, or enters
after the school year has begun, charges are prorated according to the actual number of days enrolled. No deductions are
made in tuition for absences during the school year.

Financial Accounts:
All billed charges are to be paid on the 1st of each month. Payments may be mailed or hand delivered to the school office.
Cash payments can only be accepted in the school office. Checks may be given to the daycare personnel when you
deliver or pick up your child. The school is not responsible for payments sent with your child.

Late Charge:
$25.00 is assessed on any unpaid balance not received in the school office by the 10th of each month.

Delinquent Accounts:
Any student whose account becomes more than 30 days delinquent will not be permitted to attend classes until the
account is paid or satisfactory arrangements are made. Students with delinquent accounts will not be permitted to
participate in any extra-curricular activity that requires a separate fee until their account is current, or satisfactory
arrangements are made. This includes Club Ed. trips, sports, cheerleading, choir activities, hot lunch etc. which would
incorporate additional funds.

Withdrawal from School:
All withdrawals, whether before the school year begins or during the year, must be made in writing and shall be effective
when such notice is delivered to the school.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
The curriculum fee is fully refundable (100%) if a student withdraws prior to August 1. Should a student withdraw on or
after August 1, the curriculum fee is non-refundable.
In the event of early withdrawal from school, tuition and yearly daycare charges will be computed on a per diem basis.
Tuition and daycare charges collected in excess of this amount will be refunded.

Returned Checks:
A $25.00 fee will be charged each time a check is returned. Returned checks are not automatically re-deposited. Please
contact our accounting office should this situation occur.

Testing Fee:
The testing fee is non-refundable.
Extended Daycare Add/Drop Policy:
The yearly daycare plan may be added at any time this service is needed. The cost will be based on the number of days
remaining in the school year. Payments will be determined by the number of months remaining until May.
The yearly daycare plan may be discontinued at any time that the service is no longer needed. Refunds will be based on
the number of days between the child’s first and last days of attendance during the plan. No credit can be given for absent
days. There is a reinstatement fee of $30.00 should a family discontinue the plan and choose to reinstate it later in the
school year.
